Shipping Information
Orders shipped to the United States are shipped via UPS Ground and carry a $8.95 shipping charge, regardless of the number of items ordered. If you require shipping via USPS please indicate in the comments section of your order (additional charges may apply).
Expedited shipping is available for in-stock items.

Express shipments on inline skates: an extra $10 will be added to the shipping charge after your order is processed.
International Orders
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and Select Countries (displayed during checkout). International orders (outside the USA and Canada) are shipped via USPS Global Express Mail are charged a flat fee during check out. You will be contacted with the actual shipping charge before your order is shipped if it differs from the cost quoted during the check out process. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees that may be applied to their shipment. We recommend you call your Customs Services Department or contact UPS (used for Canadian shipments) directly to determine the fees that may be applied.
General Delivery Information
- Our delivery times vary depending on which brand you ordered and if we ship direct from our inventory or drop ship.
- In-stock orders usually ship within 24 hours. Most in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep 2-7 business days after receipt of your order.
- If the item you ordered is out of stock, your order may be drop shipped from the manufacturer. We will notify you within one business day if your item is no longer available.
- If you order multiple items, and we have one in stock but the others are temporarily out of stock, we'll send you the first pair immediately without any additional shipping fees when the rest of your order is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return an item within 30 days of receipt for a refund on the purchase price or an exchange.
- Shoes returned after 30 days of receipt will be given store credit based on the current price of the shoe returned.
- Sale shoes returned within 30 days of receipt are given store credit for the purchase price of the shoe
- Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and in new condition.
- Shoes that have been worn outside or have visible wear in the footbed are not considered to be in new condition and will be returned to the customer at his or her cost.
- Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
- Original delivery and handling charges are nonrefundable, except in the case of manufacturer’s defect or freight damage. If you took advantage of a Free Shipping promotion when placing your order, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of manufacturer’s defects or a shipping error on our part. In the case of a defect for orders shipped outside of the USA, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- BigShoes.com coupon codes can only be applied toward merchandise. They cannot be applied against Gift Certificates, shipping, packaging, taxes, or be redeemed for cash. Only one BigShoes.com coupon code can be used per order.
- Use a separate shipping box to return your shoes. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for shoe boxes with shipping tape, address labels, or postage attached.
