Big Shoes Shipping Policy


For expedited shipping, orders received by 12pm CST will be shipped the same day from our facilities in Austin, TX. Please be advised that we operate on a business day schedule (Monday - Friday).

General Delivery Information:

  • Delivery estimates provided during checkout are only estimates and do not guarantee delivery dates. If you require an item by a specific date, please call Big Shoes at (800) 475-6008 during the hours of 10am-5pm CST, Monday - Friday.
  • In-stock orders typically ship within 24 hours. Most in-stock items should arrive at your doorstep within 2-5 business days after your order is received.
  • If the item you ordered is out of stock, your order may be drop shipped from the manufacturer. We will notify you within two business days if your item is no longer available.
  • Certain brands and products may not always be shipped from our Big Shoes warehouse. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page as potentially not available for same day shipping. Such items and orders are typically subject to a processing time of 1-3 business days, although this may vary and is beyond the control of Big Shoes.

Package Protection

  • Our Package Protection service provides you with "peace of mind" protection for your package at an affordable price. For a handling fee, your package will be protected in the event of loss, damage, or theft. If your item is no longer available, you will be offered store credit to reorder, which will be the total value of your order minus the cost of package protection.
  • To initiate a claim, please contact our customer support team at help@bigshoes.com within 10 business days of delivery. Claims are available for replacement only.
  • We understand the importance of ensuring the safety of your package, and our Package Protection service is designed to provide you with added security and convenience. International Shipping

  • At Big Shoes, we strive to provide a seamless international shopping experience. We currently offer shipping to most countries, ensuring that customers from around the world can enjoy our products.

  • However, please be aware that our international shipping policy excludes Nike, New Balance, and Vans. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Duties and Taxes for international shipping

By completing your purchase, customers agree that they are responsible for any duties, taxes, and brokerage fees that may be applied to their shipment upon receipt of the order. These fees are not included in the shipping charges assessed by Big Shoes. In the event that a customer chooses to refuse payment of duties and taxes and have the shipment returned to Big Shoes, the customer will not be refunded the original shipping charges and will be responsible for the return shipping charges to Big Shoes.


Return to Sender

In the event that an order is returned to sender, please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. Additionally, there may be additional charges associated with shipments that have been returned to sender.
